You might be feeling good today, and not feeling the need to work out, but as you get older you will start having more and more health issues.
Especially nowadays when our jobs are in offices [or at home due to covid], we have to sit for several hours a day in one soft chair. They say “Sitting is new smoking”. Some experts even argue that extensive sitting can cause EVEN MORE health problems than smoking.
I always remember the words of my grandfather [may Allah bless his soul] about working-out when you are young. After he retired he used to say with serious masculine voice “We did pull-ups and runnings every day when we were young. Now we are enjoying good results of it.” He indeed had strong arms and solid masculine body even in his 70’s.
You cannot bring much value to people, become professionally successful, if you dont have good health. So, make sure you workout, bro.
